Volunteer Application
For the protection of our children and team of teachers, a confidential volunteer application and background authorization form must be on file. Download one of the Volunteer Application forms below (based on your age) as well as the Background Authorization form. (Forms are also available at the church office.) Mail the completed forms to Harvester Christian Church, 2950 Kings Crossing, St. Charles, MO 63303, attention Carol Evans.

Weekends at The Kids Place
Sundays
Weekend opportunities include positions for large group and small group leaders and assistants for preschool and elementary ages.
We also have opportunities for those interested in
- technical ministry
- worship
- drama
- greeters
We also need:
- once-a-month workers for Early childhood
- mentors for special needs children.
Saturdays
Saturday night opportunities are the same above, but volunteers are asked to work only once-a-month.
Weekdays at The Kids Place
There are several opportunities for service during the week in the Children's Ministry office such as:
clerical needs
- scheduling
- phone calls
- resource room coordinator
- cleaning toys
- curriculum preparation
- supply purchaser
Special Events
Coordinators and assistants are needed for special events, such as:
- Fall Festival
- Angel Breakfast
- Backyard Bible Clubs
- Baby Day
- SuperStart
- Camp Discovery
Other Opportunities
Leaders and assistants are needed for the following areas:
- Beginner Bible Bowl
- BIble 101 Class
- Upward Basketball/Cheerleading
- Puppet MInistry
- Visions of Praise Choir
- Cub Scouts
