Daybreak 2008 Conference Information

  • Space is limited and fills quickly. We suggest you register as soon as possible.
  • Register online, by phone, fax, or via mail. If you attend HCC, you may also register at the Ministry Center in the Community Lobby during weekend services.
  • Payment may be made by check, cash, or credit card and must accompany all registration forms.
  • The Baubles and Bangles workshop has limited seating. If we are unable to place you into this workshop after you have paid the workshop supply fee, a refund will be issued after the event.
  • All registrations should be received by Monday, September 15, 2008. If space permits, we will continue to accept registrations until the event.
  • Refunds can be given for cancellations received by the registration deadline, which is September 15, 2008. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds after this date.
  • A confirmation postcard will be mailed to you several weeks prior to the event.
  • Workshop schedules and conference materials will be distributed at registration check-in.
  • The Saturday Conference fee includes continental breakfast, complimentary beverages and snacks throughout the day, and the conference program. An optional box lunch is available for an additional $7. The Girls Night Out fee includes all Friday night activities, including the Divine Dessert Bar. All Daybreak attendees will receive a tote bag.
  • You may choose to sit down and enjoy your lunch during Workshop 2 or 3 in lieu of attending a workshop, or choose Grab & Go Lunch, where you pick up and eat your lunch between sessions. Please note that while the Grab & Go Lunch option allows you to attend an additional workshop, food may not be taken into workshops and you will be eating quickly as you go from one session to another.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate special needs. Please indicate special needs in the space provided on the registration form, or contact us at 636.928.7651 x1511 or via e-mail at daybreak@harvestercc.org prior to the event to make arrangements.
  • To contribute to the Daybreak scholarship fund, please indicate your gift of any amount on your registration form and include the donation amount along with your payment.
  • Casual dress and shoes are recommended so you can relax and be comfortable. Your schedule may require some outside walking.
