Decorations:

 

 

If you are available during the day on Friday, September 26, we need your help in the morning and early afternoon to put decorations in place. All supplies and ideas are complete; we simply need hands to place items and signs around the church to make it an inviting atmosphere.

   
 

Facilities:

 

Your help is needed on Friday, September 26, during the morning and early afternoon hours to set up workshop rooms. You will be moving tables and chairs and setting up workshop rooms to match a diagram.

 

Anyone with a heart for the outdoors is needed to weed areas outside of all church entrances.

 

Can you stay a little longer after the afternoon main session on Saturday? We need help tearing everything down and getting the church ready for weekend services.

   
 

Food:

 

Many hands make light work. Help is needed to prepare food on Friday, September 26, during the day. Ingredients and instruction will be provided; we just need you!

 

If your gift is service, we can use you in the kitchen on Friday evening and/or Saturday during the day. This area will require time on your feet and include tasks such as filling coffee, tea, and water pots, keeping food trays full, and serving food to attendees.

 

A clean-up crew is needed both Friday and Saturday. This includes washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens, and some light trash duty. 

   
 

Hospitality:

 

If you have a smile, then this job is for you! Many volunteers are needed to greet women as they arrive on Friday and Saturday. You will be helping women feel comfortable at Harvester Christian Church as you direct them to different areas of the campus and answer their questions.

   
 

Prayer :

  Daybreak needs to be covered in prayer! We would like to pray for everything from our speaker, Elizabeth George, to the flower arrangements on the tables. We need volunteers willing to pray for Daybreak from now until the weekend of the event.
 

Calling all prayer warriors! Are you willing to pray during the event on September 26 and/or September 27? You may have to miss a workshop, but the blessings will be worth it!

   
 

Publicity:

If you can drive and work a push pin, we can use your help posting signs at area locations such as libraries, Starbucks, etc.

  Daybreak publicity packets need to be delivered to area churches in St. Louis, St. Charles, St. Peters, and O’Fallon during church office hours, which are typically 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on weekdays. You can choose to make deliveries in one or more areas.
